  • First impressions matter, and the Welcome Team sets the tone at Victory in DC. From the parking lot to the sanctuary, we ensure every person feels seen, safe, and genuinely welcomed. With joy, attentiveness, and excellence, we serve as greeters, ushers, and security reflecting God’s love from the very first moment.

  • At Victory in DC, the Hospitality Team creates an environment where people feel cared for, comfortable, and connected. Through food preparation, excellent service, and attention to detail, we turn every moment into an opportunity for fellowship and community. We serve with joy, creativity, and intentionality, knowing that even the simplest acts of hospitality can reflect God’s love and bring Him glory.

  • The Production Team at Victory enhances our worship experience by creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God without distraction. From operating cameras and lighting to managing presentation software and seamless stage transitions, we ensure every technical element flows with excellence during services and events.

  • Prayer is the foundation of everything we do at Victory in DC, and the Prayer Team helps carry that mantle with faith and consistency. Whether interceding for individuals, services, or the community, we stand united in belief for transformation and breakthrough, honoring God through devoted, powerful prayer.

  • Creativity comes alive through the Creative Arts Team at Victory in DC. Whether through dance, theater, or flag ministry, we communicate the message of God in expressive and impactful ways. Each movement and performance is an offering of worship, designed to inspire and glorify God.

  • The Social Media Team brings the voice and vision of Victory in DC to life online. Through compelling visuals, storytelling, and creative content, we keep our community connected and inspired throughout the week. Every post, edit, and captured moment is crafted with excellence as a reflection of God’s creativity.

  • The Praise & Worship Team leads Victory in DC into authentic, passionate encounters with God. Through music and unified expression, we create space for the presence of God to move and for hearts to respond. With excellence and humility, we use our gifts to honor Him and lead others into worship.

  • At Victory in DC, the Outreach Team carries the heart of the house beyond its walls. Through intentional service, local partnerships, and community engagement, we create opportunities to meet needs and share God’s love in tangible ways.
